The following chart provides a guide to help choose from the many essential oils suitable for different times, occasions, and activities during the day. This chart gives general suggestions that are not to be understood too rigidly.

It is not to be that these oils are to be taken on certain times only and not at other times, or that no other oils can be taken.

The choices vary according to individual physical, mental, and emotional needs, desired effects and personal preferences. What you like best for a particular occasion and time usually gives the best results.

Morning

Refreshing, enlivening, uplifting: Lemongrass, Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon, Lime

Lunch

Afternoon
